Do you implement SEO fixes yourself?
Usually, no. I provide technical recommendations and implementation guidance. Your developer, internal team, writer, or chosen provider implements the work.
Do you write content?
No. I can create content briefs, content strategy, keyword mapping, and structure recommendations, but the actual writing is handled by you, your writer, or your content team.
Do you build backlinks?
I can provide link building strategy, outreach direction, prospect ideas, and recommendations, but I do not directly execute link building unless separately agreed in writing.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No. SEO rankings cannot be guaranteed. Search performance depends on competition, implementation, algorithm updates, website authority, content quality, technical health, and many other factors.

What is included in a technical SEO audit?
Depending on the package, an audit may include Core Web Vitals, crawl errors, indexation, mobile optimisation, site architecture, internal linking, schema markup, duplicate content, URL structure, and a prioritised fix list.
What happens after I purchase an audit?
After purchase, you will be asked to provide your website details, priority URLs, SEO concerns, and any relevant access such as Google Search Console or Google Analytics if needed.
A discovery call may be scheduled depending on the package.
Can I choose which pages are audited?
Yes. You may share priority pages, revenue pages, service pages, blog sections, or specific URLs you want the audit to focus on. I may also review additional relevant pages as part of the audit scope.
What do the audit page limits mean?
Page count refers to indexable URLs such as service pages, blog posts, landing pages, category pages, and other important website pages included in the audit scope.
If your website exceeds the package limit, a custom quote may be required.
How long does an audit take?
Typical delivery timelines are:
- Small Audit: 3–5 business days
- Large Audit: 5–7 business days
- Premium Audit: up to 7 business days or as agreed, plus any included strategy call
Timelines may vary depending on access, website complexity, and client response time.
Can I get a refund?
You may request a full refund before audit work begins, excluding any transaction, PayPal, currency conversion, or exchange charges.
Once audit work has started, the payment becomes non-refundable.
How are payments handled?
Payments are currently handled through PayPal. Accepted currencies may include GBP, EUR, USD, and CAD.
Payments are made upfront unless otherwise agreed.
Do you offer monthly retainers?
Yes. Monthly SEO consulting retainers are available. Retainers are paid in advance and may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.
What happens if a retainer payment is late?
All retainer payments must be made in advance. If payment is not received, work may pause until payment is completed.
How do we communicate?
Communication is usually handled through email, Calendly, or another app agreed during onboarding or setup.
What is your response time?
I usually respond within 24–48 hours.
