All payments must be made in advance. If a payment is late, missed, disputed, reversed, or not completed, work may stop immediately until the matter is resolved.

Muhammad SEO is not responsible for delays caused by late or failed payments.

3.8 Cancellations

For audits, clients may cancel before audit work begins and may be eligible for a refund according to the Refund Policy.

Once audit work has started, the payment becomes non-refundable.

For retainers, either party may cancel with 30 days’ written notice.

Retainer cancellation requests should be sent by email to hi@muhammadseo.com.

3.9 Communication

Standard communication is handled through email, Calendly, and any app or communication channel agreed during onboarding or setup.

Response time is usually within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends, public holidays, illness, emergencies, or circumstances outside my control.

3.10 Revisions and Amendments

Revision limits, if any, depend on the package or written agreement.

Unless otherwise stated, services include reasonable clarification of delivered work, but not unlimited revisions, repeated rework, or additional scope beyond the agreed deliverables.

Additional work may require an additional fee.

3.11 Intellectual Property

Once full payment has been received, the client may use final delivered reports, audits, strategy documents, and recommendations for their internal business purposes.

Muhammad SEO retains ownership of general frameworks, templates, methods, processes, know-how, and reusable consulting materials used to create deliverables.

Clients may not resell, reproduce, redistribute, or claim Muhammad SEO’s materials as their own without written permission.

3.12 Confidentiality

Confidentiality does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

3.13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muhammad SEO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the website or services.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, business opportunity, data, or reputation.

The total liability of Muhammad SEO for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

3.14 Website Content

The content on muhammadseo.com is provided for general information and marketing purposes. It should not be treated as legal, financial, or guaranteed business advice.

4. Refund Policy

Last updated: 16th May 2026

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for services purchased from Muhammad SEO.

4.1 General Refund Principle

Muhammad SEO provides consulting and digital service-based work. Because these services require time, research, analysis, and professional judgement, refunds are limited once work has started.

4.2 Audit Refunds

For technical SEO audits and similar one-time services:

  • You may request a full refund before audit work begins.
  • Any transaction fees, exchange charges, PayPal fees, currency conversion costs, or third-party processing charges may be excluded from the refund.
  • Once audit work has started, the payment becomes non-refundable.
  • Once the audit report or any part of the deliverable has been delivered, no refund will be issued.

4.3 Retainer Refunds

Monthly retainers are paid in advance.

Retainer payments are generally non-refundable once the service period has started.

Either party may cancel a retainer with 30 days’ written notice.

If payment is not received before the next service period begins, work may pause until payment is completed.

4.4 Strategy Sessions and Calls

For paid strategy sessions or hourly consulting:

  • If cancelled before work begins or before the scheduled call, a refund may be considered.
  • Transaction or currency conversion charges may be deducted.
  • Missed calls, late attendance, or last-minute cancellations may not be refundable unless otherwise agreed.

4.5 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email:

hi@muhammadseo.com

Please include:

  • Your name
  • Payment date
  • Service purchased
  • Reason for cancellation or refund request

Refunds, where approved, will usually be processed through the original payment method.

4.6 No Ranking-Based Refunds

Refunds are not provided because of ranking fluctuations, lack of immediate SEO results, traffic changes, lead volume, or revenue outcomes.

SEO results depend on many factors outside my control, including implementation, competition, algorithms, content quality, and time.

I do not guarantee:

  • First-page rankings
  • Top 3 rankings

  • Fixed SEO timelines
  • Permanent rankings

SEO performance depends on factors such as competition, implementation, algorithm changes, website history, domain strength, content quality, and market conditions.

5.2 Client Implementation Matters

Recommendations provided through audits, reports, calls, or retainers must be implemented correctly to have the best chance of improving SEO performance.

Muhammad SEO is not responsible for results affected by delayed, incomplete, incorrect, or ignored implementation.

5.3 No Legal, Financial, or Tax Advice

Nothing on this website should be treated as legal, financial, tax, or professional advice outside the scope of SEO consulting.

You should consult an appropriate professional for legal, financial, tax, or regulatory matters.

5.4 Third-Party Tools

SEO tools, analytics platforms, and third-party software may provide estimated data. Keyword volumes, difficulty scores, backlink data, traffic estimates, and rankings may vary between tools and should not be treated as exact guarantees.

5.5 Website and Service Updates

Information, pricing, services, and availability may change at any time without prior notice.

6. Audit Scope & Service Terms

Last updated: 16th May 2026

These Audit Scope & Service Terms apply to technical SEO audits and related audit packages purchased from Muhammad SEO.

6.1 Audit Purpose

A technical SEO audit is designed to identify technical and structural issues that may be limiting search visibility, crawlability, indexation, user experience, and organic performance.

The audit provides diagnosis, prioritised recommendations, and implementation guidance. It does not include development, coding, content writing, or direct implementation unless separately agreed in writing.

6.2 Audit Packages and Page Limits

Audit packages may include page limits such as:

  • Small Audit: below 50 pages
  • Large Audit: below 100 pages
  • Premium Audit: below 200 pages

Page count refers to indexable URLs, including key service pages, blog posts, landing pages, category pages, and other relevant URLs included in the audit scope.

Websites exceeding the stated page limit may require a custom quote.

6.3 What May Be Reviewed

Depending on the package, the audit may review areas such as:

  • Core Web Vitals
  • Site speed and performance
  • Crawl errors
  • 404 and 5xx errors
  • Redirect chains
  • Index coverage
  • XML sitemaps
  • Robots.txt
  • Mobile optimisation
  • Site architecture
  • Internal linking
  • Duplicate content
  • Thin content signals
  • URL structure
  • Schema markup
  • Priority page visibility
  • Google Search Console issues, if access is provided

6.4 What Is Not Included

Unless separately agreed in writing, audits do not include:

  • Fixing technical issues directly
  • Coding or development work
  • Plugin configuration
  • Content writing
  • Link building execution
  • Ongoing SEO management
  • Google Ads or paid media management
  • Unlimited calls or revisions
  • Guaranteed ranking improvements

6.5 Client Information Required

Before work begins, the client may be asked to provide:

  • Website URL
  • Priority URLs or sections
  • Main SEO concerns
  • Target market and audience
  • Google Search Console access, if available
  • Google Analytics access, if available
  • CMS or crawl access, if needed and agreed
  • Sitemap or known URL list, if relevant

If required information is delayed, audit delivery may also be delayed.

6.6 Priority URLs

Clients may be asked to share priority URLs, revenue pages, landing pages, or sections they want the audit to focus on.

The audit may still include independent analysis, but business-critical pages will be prioritised in the final recommendations.

6.7 Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines depend on the package purchased and the timely provision of required information or access.

Typical timelines may be:

  • Small Audit: 3–5 business days
  • Large Audit: 5–7 business days
  • Premium Audit: up to 7 business days or as agreed, plus any scheduled call

These are estimated timelines and may vary depending on website complexity, client response time, access delays, or workload.

6.8 Audit Report Format

Audit deliverables may be provided as a PDF report, spreadsheet, issue tracker, written notes, or supporting documents depending on the package.

6.9 Calls

If the package includes a call, it will be scheduled via Calendly or another agreed tool.

Calls are handled online. If a call is missed or rescheduled late, availability may depend on my calendar.

Call recordings are only provided if explicitly agreed before the call.

6.10 Revisions and Clarifications

Audit packages include reasonable clarification of the delivered report.

They do not include unlimited revisions, repeated re-analysis after client-side changes, or new audits of additional pages unless agreed separately.

6.11 After the Audit

After receiving the audit, clients may:

  • Implement recommendations independently
  • Share the report with their developer or team
  • Request additional consulting
  • Discuss a retainer, if appropriate

There is no obligation to continue with ongoing consulting after an audit.
